We submit your proposal along with Planning statement & Drawings to the Local Planning Authority and ensure that your planning proposal is Granted by the Local Planning Authority. We actively work and communicate with our clients to amend and improve their proposal to ensure that your proposal is in accordance with Planning Legislations and Building Regulations so that you always achieve a PASS result. We take care of the whole procedure of obtaining planning permission for your proposal while actively communicating with you.
